1.3 Messaging & chatbot content. To deliver WhatsApp inbox, templates, automations, website chatbot and support features, we process message content, media and metadata you or your end-users send through those channels.
1.4 Website builder & AI usage. Page content, prompts, generated drafts, uploaded images/files and configuration used with the AI website builder and other AI-assisted tools.
1.5 Appointment & support data. Booking times, service details, staff assignments, ticket history and related communications.
