About this app

BigWelt (bigwelt.com) is an eCommerce platform for online shops. Shop owners can connect their own Facebook Page and Instagram professional account to the Social Media section of their shop admin and create or schedule posts that are published to that Page or Instagram account. Each shop can connect one Facebook Page and one Instagram account. Connecting is always started by the shop owner, through Facebook Login on smm.w4u.in.

What data we store

When a shop owner connects an account, we store only what is needed to publish their posts:

• Facebook Page ID and Instagram professional account ID
• Page / Instagram account name and username
• Profile picture (avatar) of the connected Page or Instagram account
• Access tokens issued by Meta for the connected Page / Instagram account
• Posts the shop owner creates or schedules (text, images, scheduled time, and the published post ID/link)

We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising. It is used only to show the connected account in the shop admin and to publish the shop owner's own posts.

Option 1: Disconnect your account yourself (immediate)

1. Log in to your shop admin (for shops on bigwelt.com: https://bigwelt.com/cplogin).
2. Open Social Media → Accounts (/smm-accounts on your shop domain).
3. On the Facebook or Instagram card, click Disconnect and confirm.

When you disconnect, the connected account, its access token, ID, name and avatar are deleted from our systems, and posts scheduled for that account are cancelled.

Option 2: Remove the app from Facebook

1. Go to Facebook Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
2. Find SMM and click Remove.

This revokes our access immediately; the stored token stops working. To also have the remaining stored data erased, disconnect the account as in Option 1 or send us a request as in Option 3.

Option 3: Request deletion by email

Email bigwelt.com@gmail.com with the subject "SMM data deletion request" and include your shop domain and the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account. We will verify the request and delete all data related to that Page / Instagram account (IDs, names, avatars, access tokens and scheduled or published post records) within 30 days, and confirm by email once it is done.
