At BigWelt Infotech Pvt Ltd. ("BigWelt," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you use www.bigwelt.com and our AI-powered business platform (websites, apps, CRM, AI chatbot, WhatsApp messaging, support/helpdesk, appointments, payments and related tools).
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account & business information. Name, email, phone, postal address, company details, login credentials, billing and KYC details you provide when you register or contact us.
1.2 Customer / lead data you store. If you use CRM, leads, ecommerce, appointments or support tools, you may store your customers' names, contacts, orders, tickets and notes. You control that data as the business user.
1.3 Messaging & chatbot content. To deliver WhatsApp inbox, templates, automations, website chatbot and support features, we process message content, media and metadata you or your end-users send through those channels.
1.4 Website builder & AI usage. Page content, prompts, generated drafts, uploaded images/files and configuration used with the AI website builder and other AI-assisted tools.
1.5 Appointment & support data. Booking times, service details, staff assignments, ticket history and related communications.
1.6 Technical / log data. IP address, device/browser information, referring URLs, pages visited, feature usage and diagnostic logs for security and reliability.
1.7 Cookies. We may use cookies and similar technologies for session management, preferences and analytics. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the Services; operate AI chatbot, WhatsApp, support and appointment features you enable; process billing; send service/billing notices; secure accounts; analyse aggregated usage; and comply with law. With your consent where required, we may send product updates or marketing (you may opt out).
AI processing. AI-assisted features may process your prompts and relevant business content to generate suggestions, page drafts or chat replies. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data into AI prompts. Review outputs before publishing or sending.
3. How We Disclose Information
3.1 Service providers. Hosting, CDN, analytics, email/SMS, payment processors and infrastructure partners that help us run the platform under confidentiality obligations.
3.2 Connected platforms you enable. Depending on features you connect: Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), Google (e.g. Calendar/Meet), payment gateways, SMS providers and similar. Their privacy policies apply to data they receive.
3.3 Legal. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety and integrity of the Services.
Our Social Media Marketing (SMM) tools let you connect your own social media accounts so you can create, schedule and publish posts from your BigWelt dashboard. Here is how we handle those connections.
Official sign-in only. We connect to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X and YouTube only through each platform's official OAuth authorisation screen, where you approve access yourself. We never ask for, collect or store your social media passwords or session cookies.
What Pinterest data we access and why. When you connect Pinterest, we access your basic profile (username and profile picture) so you can see which account is connected, your list of boards so you can choose where a Pin goes, and the Pins you create through BigWelt so we can publish them and show their status and basic performance. We do not read your private messages or follow, comment or save Pins on your behalf. Other platforms are used in the same way: only to show your connected account and publish the posts you create.
You choose every post. We publish only the posts and Pins you create or approve. Pinterest Pins are never published automatically; each Pin is chosen by you.
Access tokens. The access tokens the platforms give us are stored securely on our servers and are used only to publish and manage the content you choose. We do not sell, rent or share your social media data or tokens with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
Disconnect and deletion. You can disconnect any account at any time from SMM Accounts in your BigWelt dashboard, or remove BigWelt's access from the platform's own settings (for Pinterest: Settings > Security and logins / Apps). To have your social media data deleted, follow the steps on our data deletion page or email [email protected].
4. Your Responsibilities
If you store personal data of your customers or website visitors, you are responsible for having a lawful basis (including consents for WhatsApp/marketing messages), honouring opt-outs, and configuring features appropriately. White-label partners remain responsible for their end-clients' privacy notices.
5. Data Security & Retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, billing and dispute purposes.
6. International Transfers
As an India-based company, information may be processed in India or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Services you consent to such transfers as applicable.
7. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, update or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal holds. Contact us using the details below.
8. Children
Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
